Peter Stott
Managing Director 
Enjoying a successful career as a senior executive in the General Industrial, Automotive OEM, Automotive Aftermarket, Coatings and Software Solutions industries, in his role as Managing Director W. Europe of Akzo Nobel Car Refinishes and CEO of CCC International, Peter has long been an enthusiastic advocate of a scientific approach to business analysis and enhancement of inter-personal and leadership skills with senior executives. Peter is a Master NLP practitioner.
Kieron Bamforth
Operations Director 
Kieron began his management career at Provident Insurance, developing engineering and claims information technology along with new processes. On completing an MBA at Bradford University specialising in Service Operations Management, he joined CCC International as European Head of Product Management and Director of Outsourcing Services. Before joining Avant Consult, Kieron worked with global automotive manufacturer brands in Europe, researching and developing strategies for parts distribution, business process reengineering and Personal Development Planning.
Karl Summers
Technical Director 
Karl has extensive experience in the management and delivery of professional training programmes. Karl specialises in body construction, substrate materials in body repair and joining technology, such as welding, bonding and riveting. Karl is responsible for the management and delivery of Avant's client training programmes as well as one off training courses and seminars.
Carl Crowther
Business Information Analyst

Carl has
many years experience in the IT field - working in technical
and training roles in both the Public and Private sectors.
Specialising in Windows operating systems and LAN/WAN
networking, his role is to cater to Avant’s technological
requirements and infrastructure. As such, he is based in
Avant’s main offices and is responsible for the company’s
hardware and software provisions, plus telecommunications.
Carl also
joins Neil in supporting Avant's GIS products for market
sizing and opportunity identification.
Tina Bamforth
Office Manager 
Tina undertakes Avant's office and administrative duties within our offices based in Huddersfield.
Her activities include managing our online training database to advise delegates of course details including venues, hotels and training course outlines.
In addition Tina manages our motor manufacturers repair
guarantee database service.
